Our Corporate Research & Technology Programs organization is hiring a energetic, enthusiastic, and creative Program Management Principal to work across the Corporation to lead the Spectrum Dominance Domain.

What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will play a vital role in defining our future by driving innovative solutions for our Customers through technology strategy, mission capability assessment, and research & development programs aimed at generation-after-next technologies. You will lead the Domain-specific strategy, head the Lockheed Martin Spectrum Dominance Community of Interest, shape Customer Research & Development (CRAD) pursuits, and assist in the management of cross-BA IRAD programs ranging in size from $.5M to $20M annually.

You will be responsible for strategic alignment and overall program performance including cost, schedule, and technical execution. You will work collaboratively with Corporate Technology Office leadership, BA principal investigators, technical leads, and peer portfolio managers to accelerate and drive technology developments. Further Information About This Opportunity:
This is hybrid role that requires travel 20-25% of the time; preference is for geographical alignment to a major Lockheed Martin Hub. An active secret clearance is required to start with eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working on Spectrum Dominance IRADs or programs with technical background in one or more of the following areas:

- Cognitive Electronic Warfare - Distributed Sensing - RF Sensors

• Experience on development programs that include capability development, implementation, integration, and testing

• Experience working with customers and proven technology transition
• Experience coordinating across multiple lines of business and multi-functional organizations for IRAD investments

• Experience converting strategy into prioritized IRAD products and deliverables combined with a business case investment strategy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Active Secret Clearance

Skills:

• Familiarity with Stage Gate/R&D management processes

• Knowledge of Earned Value Management and/or Agile program management

• Working knowledge of Joint All Domain Operations (JADO) mission objects, DoD implementation, and Operations Analysis (OA) guided capability development

• Experience interfacing with company executives, customers, and external agencies and partners

• Proven ability to partner across internal business areas

• Advanced degree in a technical field

• Systems engineering and requirements development experience

• Demonstrated career progression in roles of increasing responsibilities

• Active TS/SCI clearance
