System​/Database Developer - SecDevOps

As a SkyePoint employee you will be given the opportunity to support some of our nation’s most critical information systems by utilizing not only your existing cybersecurity skills and talents, but those that you will learn in your new role. In your new role as a cyber security professional, you will protect our customer’s most sensitive data and complex systems from all forms of threats including cyber-attacks, insider threats, rogue network devices, and malicious software and applications.

You will work with a team of like-minded professionals to share and collaborate upon your ideas to improve the cybersecurity infrastructure, architecture, and configuration deployments. Your ideas and contributions will matter.

This is a contingent position based upon contract win.

• Build integration between NIH and CIT's collection of mostly autonomous tools to improve IT and Security Management visibility.
• Create a consolidated view of tool data to help pave the way for better automation, incident detect and response, risk measuring and prioritization.
• Develop the integrated delivery of data.
• Build workflows in SharePoint, Splunk, or Service Now for purposes of Information Security Management.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience as a System Integrator/Programmer and with Dev Sec Ops  disciplines to build integration between NIH and CIT's collection of mostly autonomous tools to improve IT and Security Management visibility.
• Ability for creation of a consolidated view of tool data to help pave the way for better automation, incident detect and response, risk measuring and prioritization.
• Use of available tools such as Power
  
  BI, Power Apps, Excel, Splunk, Service Now and/or new enterprise software solutions for data aggregation.
• Familiarity with APIs Rest SOAP integrations, creating central data source(s) by correlating data from various sources & creating Dashboards and other consolidated views to provide CIT with more mature tools to monitor overall organizational cyber hygiene.
• Experience as a systems integrator to develop the integrated delivery of data from Sunflower, Science Logic, Active Directory/LDAP, Tenable, CDM tools such as Big Fix, Splunk, Fore Scout, Archer, IRT and NS Portals, Cloud Services, Infoblox, Ansible, Puppet, JAMF, Altiris, Service Now, Red Seal, McAfee ePO.
• Ability to centralize data sources and interfaces and to correlate and prioritize apply risk mitigation strategies.
• Ability to build workflows in SharePoint, Splunk, Service Now for purposes of Information Security Management.
• Experience in APIs like SOAP & REST.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass the customer's background check.

• Redhat, Puppet, Ruby, Oracle, DBA, PostGRE, SQL, mySQL, Java, PHP, Splunk, Service Now, Python, JavaScript, C++, Excel, VBA, SharePoint.
• IT Security certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, Security+
