Program Business Manager
Candidate must have a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities:
- Experience formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business system requirements.
- Experience performing analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into proper specifications.
- Experience providing consultation on complex projects and serving as a top‑level contributor/specialist across most phases of systems analysis, considering business implications of technology.
- Experience planning and managing the realization of benefits through integration of new capabilities within business practices, and defining benefits that realize program objectives.
- Experience maintaining focus on organizing and managing time and resource investment.
- Experience advising the PMO on whether outputs and outcomes will lead to realization of new business processes.
- Experience optimizing the timing of release of new deliverables into business operations.

Entry-Level/ Developmental:
- High School Diploma + 6 years of experience
- Associates Degree + 4 years of experience
- Bachelors Degree + 2 years of experience
- Masters Degree + 0 years of experience
Full Performance / Journeyman:
- High School Diploma + 8 years of experience
- Associates Degree + 6 years of experience
- Bachelors Degree + 4 years of experience
- Masters Degree + 2 years of experience
Senior:
- High School Diploma + 10 years of experience
- Associates Degree + 8 years of experience
- Bachelors Degree + 6 years of experience

Expert / Master:

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $53,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
