* What You Will Do:

*** Lead IC-wide data management programs aligned with the IC Data Strategy.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance data governance, metadata management, and data sharing across IC elements.
* Coordinate with IC Chief Data Officers, mission owners, and technology leaders to align data initiatives with enterprise priorities.
* Manage program milestones, budgets, and reporting in accordance with IC Capability Requirements and acquisition processes.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement across ODNI, DoW, and other IC agencies to ensure alignment and adoption.
* Support workforce development initiatives to improve data literacy and promote a data-centric culture.
* Monitor compliance with IC Directives (e.g., ICD 501, ICD 504, ICD 505) and ensure integration with the IC IT Ecosystem and Services of Common Concern (SoCC).

* What You Will Need:

*** An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoW security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
* Bachelor’s degree
* FOUR (4)+ years of experience in program management, data governance, or cyber technology implementations within the IC or federal government  
** What Would Be Nice To Have:
*** Master’s degree in a technical or policy-related field.
* PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
* CDMP, TOGAF, or other data governance/architecture credentials.
* Familiarity with IC Capability Requirements Process (ICD 115) and IC IE Data Strategy.
* Experience supporting ODNI or IC-wide transformation efforts.
* Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across agencies.  The annual salary range for this position is $-$.
