Litigation Associate

Job Description

Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, LLC (BBS&G) is seeking an applicant with at least 2 years of experience for a litigation associate position to join its growing litigation practice group in downtown Bethesda, Maryland.

BBS&G has a nationally ranked litigation practice and is rated Tier 1 in the Washington, DC region by Best Lawyers. The firm handles a wide variety of litigation matters in the state and federal courts of Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex business and commercial real estate disputes.

• Participate in motions practice, brief writing, depositions, hearings, and trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

• Experience in commercial real estate litigation is a plus.
