• Facilitates the successful deliveryofassigned projects on-time, on-budget, within our high-quality standards.
• Responsible for scoping projects, communicating with relevant internalteamsand clients, and managing these projects from inception through completion.
• Monitors, enforces, and updates all workflow, timelines, and deadlines.
• Assist in the creation of proposals, change orders, and internal reports.
• Manageassigned projects to drivetominimumgross profit margins as defined by Management, no less than 55%.
• Review, analyze, and evaluateclientbusiness systems and user needswhilehelping to formulatesolutionsthatalign with client’soverall business strategies.
• Advocate for the best interests and needs of the client internally.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff.
• Is passionate about human-centered design, with a fascination for understanding the human experience.
• Unwavering commitment to and ownership of solving customer problems. Loves to delight a customer.
• Constructively advocates for HCD needs and does not easily back down on important issues. Advocates for the client and the user. Advocates for accessible and inclusive design.
• A team player, open to critiques from all disciplines, and not afraid to share ideas. Understands that critique is part of the design process. Seeks feedback from colleagues and clients. Is able to give and receive constructive feedback to improve designs and create stronger solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-7years ofprior
  
  Project Manager experience, with some portion in a digital or agency environment
• 3 or more instances ofon time/budget/scope delivery for a project with over 5 team members and budget of over $150,000as the sole or lead Project Manager
• Extremely detail oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize
• Ability to collaborate with both external and internal team members& stakeholders
• Fluentunderstanding of the unique characteristics of digital projects
• Experience using JIRA, Mavenlink,or comparableproject management tools
• Experience working in an agile environment
• PMP and or Scrum Master certification required
