Comfort Connect® is transforming the home services industry with an innovative financing and technology platform that empowers contractors and delivers homeowners a worry-free home comfort experience. As we continue our rapid growth, we’re seeking a passionate and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to drive our full-scale funnel marketing efforts. This role will be based in our Bethesda, MD office.

Position Summary:

As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll bring a proven background in building and optimizing growth-focused marketing programs that create awareness, drive engagement, generate pipeline, and convert customers over time. In this role, you will design and evolve omnichannel go-to-market strategies that connect acquisition, conversion, and retention into cohesive customer journeys.

Customer-obsessed and performance-driven, you think beyond individual campaigns and focus on what drives sustained growth. You’re energized by testing new ideas, learning quickly from data, and continuously improving how marketing impacts revenue.

Must-Haves:

  • You must understand the buyer’s journey end-to-end and know how to use content, channels, and timing to influence conversion at each stage and tell the story.
  • You must have a strong working knowledge of growth and demand channels — how they perform at different funnel stages, how to test and optimize them, and how to use them authentically to drive results.
  • You must be confident to motivate and engage a team of non-direct reports to work cohesively together towards a goal, deadlines and success.
  • You must be motivated to move quickly with quality, passionate and genuine about your work, and leave ego at the door.

In this role, success means building a repeatable growth engine - one that consistently improves conversion, strengthens customer journeys, and drives measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute growth-oriented omnichannel programs that increase awareness, deliver leads, drive pipeline velocity, and conversion.
  • Map and optimize the customer journey and funnel, ensuring prospects move efficiently from awareness to conversion.
  • Partner with sales to align lead scoring, nurture programs, and handoff processes with revenue targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches, promotions, and campaigns that increase adoption and retention.
  • Identify growth opportunities across the funnel and prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort.

Execution

  • Lead execution across all demand generation channels (email, digital/social advertising, website, events, content syndication, and more).
  • Email Marketing (Hub Spot):
    Build, send, and optimize emails; manage workflows, nurture sequences, and lead scoring; ensure integration with the sales CRM.
  • Digital Advertising:
    Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (search, social, display, retargeting) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Website & Landing Pages:
    Manage updates to website content, landing pages, and forms; partner on SEO initiatives and run A/B testing to maximize lead conversion.

Optimization & Reporting

  • Manage and report on the lead pipeline, with clear KPIs for Gross Leads, MQLs, and SQLs.
  • Use intent signals, predictive data, and AI-driven insights to target the right prospects, prioritize high-quality leads, and improve efficiency across campaigns.
  • Continuously test, measure, and refine campaigns across channels and journeys for improved conversion and ROI.
  • Track campaign budgets and performance, sharing insights and recommendations with leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or home services (an understanding of B2B2C or DTC is helpful as well).
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing a qualified lead pipeline.
  • Strong knowledge of demand generation channels such as email marketing, advertising (paid social, search, display), and website optimization.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing funnel, customer journey, and persona-driven campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Mar Tech tools such as Hub Spot (emails, workflows, CRM), Word Press (website management), Click Up (project management), Clay, ChatGPT,…
