Cosmetic Medical Provider

Goodman Group Skin, Laser, Hair is seeking an experienced Cosmetic Medical Provider to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional skilled in performing cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction, experience, and retention.

The Cosmetic Medical Provider will assess patients and deliver cosmetic services, including but not limited to cosmetic injections (neurotoxins, dermal fillers), laser therapy, and laser hair removal.

• Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess cosmetic goals, medical history, and treatment suitability
• Perform cosmetic procedures in accordance with established protocols and best practices
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and infection control during all procedures
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless patient care
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care, potential side effects, and expected results
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including treatment notes and consent forms
• Uphold professionalism, ethical conduct, and exceptional customer service at all times

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetic/aesthetic services and treatments
• Active RN, NP, or PA license to practice in Maryland
• Current NPI number
• Excellent customer service and bedside manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and efficient in a busy work environment
• Team-oriented, transparent, and committed to integrity
• Desire to grow individually and as part of a team
