Registered Nurse PACU or ICU

Pay From: $44 Per Hour

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland
• Flexible to work Monday thru Friday between 5:30am and 6pm (40‑hour per week)
• Ambulatory experience
• 2 years of ICU or PACU experience
• BLS, PALS and ACLS Certified

• Monitoring patients post‑op
• Comfortable starting and administering IVs
• Experience updating patient charts using EMR
• Strong attention to detail and proactive
• Providing patient education
• Assessing patients
• Discussing pre‑op instructions, procedures and medical histories

• Initiate and administer IVs
• Monitor patients post‑op
• Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments
• Provide patient education on surgical procedures
• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs
• Provide pre‑ and post‑surgery care to patients
• Assist providers as needed
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during examination and treatment of patients
