• Sales and Consultation – Engage potential customers, assess insurance needs, and provide personalized solutions.
• Lead Generation – Proactively seek new business via referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Customer Relationship Management – Build lasting client relationships, provide ongoing support, and address inquiries.
• Cross‑Selling and Upselling – Identify opportunities to offer additional State Farm products and financial services.
• Team Collaboration – Work with a dedicated team to create a seamless customer experience and achieve collective sales targets.

• Sales Experience – Prior sales or customer service preferred; passion and determination welcome.
• Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with customers and explain insurance concepts.
• Customer‑Centric – Strong desire to help customers and exceed expectations.
• Goal‑Driven – Self‑motivated, track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Insurance Knowledge – Advantageous but not mandatory; familiarity with products and industry practices.
• Bilingual Spanish – Bonus.
