We are seeking amotivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our clientbase in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia area. This commission-only role is perfect for a self-starter with strong sales skills and a passion for technology.

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the DMVarea.
• Conduct client meetings,presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRMtools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and Geeks.

• Proven experience inoutside sales, preferably in IT services or technology-related fields.
• Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated,goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM experience is aplus).
• Ability to manage aterritory and travel within the DMV region asneeded.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to grasp and explain basic IT concepts.

Recurring Revenue (Managed IT Services): Earn 50% of theprofit in the first year,
30% in the second year , and 10% in thethird year for subscription services.

One-Time Sales (Hardware Sales, Setup Fees, etc.): Earn 50% of theprofit on all new one-timesales.

Estimated Annual Earnings: $60,000–$120,000+based on performance, with top performers exceeding $150,000.
