As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers.

We are looking for an Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships more than chasing quick sales.

This is not a traditional high-pressure sales position. Our customers rarely make a buying decision after one conversation. Success comes from becoming a familiar, trusted resource to property managers, maintenance supervisors, engineers, and facilities professionals. That requires consistent personal visits, genuine curiosity, patience, and excellent follow-through.

You will spend most of your day in the field, making approximately 12-15 in-person customer visits per day and 60+ visits per week
. Some will be first-time introductions; many will be follow-up visits with people you have met before.

Your responsibilities include developing new accounts, strengthening existing relationships, learning how each property handles surface damage, identifying repair opportunities, arranging walkthroughs and demonstrations, following up on estimates and completed work, and ensuring customers are satisfied.

You will also maintain accurate CRM records so that every conversation has a clear next step. We believe disciplined follow-up-not aggressive selling is what ultimately produces business.

• Comfortable with repetition. You understand that strong accounts may require many visits before meaningful business develops.
• Self-directed and accountable. Much of your day will be spent independently in the field, but activity and results are measured.
• Warm and professional. You can comfortably interact with everyone from maintenance technicians to property managers and senior executives.

Prior property-management, facilities, construction, hospitality, or B2B sales experience is helpful but not required
. We care more about temperament, work ethic, curiosity, and relationship-building ability than having a traditional sales résumé.
