Job Description
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, help deter security‑related incidents through routine patrols and a visible presence, and interact with visitors and staff to provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will also respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, conduct regular and random patrols, monitor entrances and exits, observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, support access control procedures, and maintain a visible presence to deter potential disruptions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security‑related procedures and client policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and critical areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Observe and report suspicious activities to management and/or client representatives.
• Support access control procedures to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential disruptions and reassure visitors and employees.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen will be required per law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.
