Location:

Bethesda, MD Active Secret Clearance Required Lenel or Milestone Cert preferred Pay: $30-45/hour Hiring immediately for full-time work. Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance:
* Install, configure, program, and maintain security systems, including but not limited to access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection systems, and other security technologies.
* Conduct system upgrades and modifications to meet client requirements and industry standards.
* Collaborate with project and installation teams to ensure successful implementation of security solutions Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
* Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
* Conduct diagnostic tests and utilize troubleshooting tools to analyze system performance.
* Provide remote and on-site support to address client concerns and maintain system functionality. Customer Support:
* Interface directly with clients to understand their needs and address inquiries.
* Provide training and guidance to clients on system operation and maintenance.
* Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

* Minimum high school degree.
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the installation and maintenance of security systems.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostics of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems. Lenel, Software House, Genetec, Milestone, Axis, Bosch, and DMP.
* Technical expertise in relevant technologies and platforms.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
