The Player Progression Academy (PPA) is a premier sports organization in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Our mission is to create great experiences and holistic development through sports. PPA offers athletic programs for players aged 2 - 18 with a focus on helping each player achieve athletic excellence, build a dynamic social network, and learn to apply the principles of sport into healthy lifestyle habits that can be carried through life.

• Coach 1 practice per week & 1 game per weekend (2 hour per week commitment) per team.
• Coach 1-3 teams per season
• Lead your team at the end of season PPA tournament
• Send weekly communications to your team parents.

• Someone who will follow the PPA coaching principles - be prepared, be a teacher, teach PPA Life values.
• Someone who will Coach in a manner that is energetic, fun, active, and that creates a memorable experience for our athletes.
• Someone who will communicate effectively with other PPA Staff and correspond kindly, timely and effectively with parents.
