Eastern University's College of Arts and Humanities invites applications for Adjunct Instructors of Musical Theatre to begin January 2027. The Department of Theatre will accept applications throughout the year for future openings. When a teaching vacancy arises, we will consider the submitted applications in an effort to staff the course. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester. In addition to teaching Acting Through Song, Musical Theatre Repertoire, and/or specialized Special Topics courses, the Department of Theatre may offer additional production contracts for music directing and/or vocal coaching.
A minimum of a Master's Degree (M.A. or M.F.A.) in Theatre. M.F.A. in Directing, Musical Theatre, or Performance preferred.
This is an excellent position to take on the Adjunct Instructors of Musical Theatre role at Eastern University's College of Education.
