Role:
Senior Ergonomics Specialist leading a comprehensive ergonomics program across multiple manufacturing and research sites within the biopharma sector.
conduct ergonomic risk assessments using tools like Humantech and NIOSH, develop and report risk reduction projects, provide technical training, and collaborate with engineering and scientific teams to integrate ergonomic principles into process and facility design. Handle incident investigations, ensure OSHA compliance, and manage injury recordkeeping.
Qualifications:bachelor’s in Ergonomics, Occupational Health, or related field; minimum of 5 years’ experience managing workplace ergonomics in industrial settings; proficiency with ergonomic assessment tools and OSHA regulations; strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
Preferred:certifications such as CPE, CSP, ARM, OHST, CIH, and experience with injury case management and return-to-work programs.
High-Value:focus on musculoskeletal disorder risk reduction in manufacturing, research, and support functions; hybrid work setup; 10% travel; site locations include Vaccines Manufacturing and R&D facilities.
