Staffing Coordinator Opportunity

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, combines two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network. This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility offers the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents. Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for keeping all the hospital units fully staffed, in order for personnel to properly care for the patients within the facility. The Staffing Coordinator manages the master scheduling software system, adjusting appropriately the staffing levels based on census fluctuations, call-ins and pre-planned leaves of absences to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. This position is a key contributor and a member of the Nursing Management Team, and reports directly to the Director of Nursing.

Shift: Five 8-hour shifts per week from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Benefits include:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required, and Associate's degree is preferred. One to three years of relevant experience is required, but more than three is preferred.
