Position: Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
Robert Half is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR operations. This role will play a key part in ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate communication.

Facilitate onboarding, new hire processing in ADP, orientations, and benefits enrollment.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Administer benefits changes, leave programs, and employee verifications.

Support HRIS management, including ADP workflows and system updates.

Process employee timecards and HR-related invoices.
