People's Light, one of Pennsylvania's largest professional nonprofit theatres, seeks its first Director of Strategic Revenue & Growth. A cultural and civic center with theatre at its core, we invite diverse communities to discover and celebrate our shared humanity. This new leadership role brings contributed, earned, and enterprise revenue under one strategy and helps shape our next strategic plan. Reporting to the Executive Artistic Director and supervising the Directors of Development;
Marketing, Sales & PR; and Farmhouse Operations, the Director aligns three revenue channels around a single, data-driven growth strategy: deepening the patron and donor journey, expanding pathways to engagement, and advancing mission-aligned enterprise ventures. We seek 7-10 years of progressive leadership in revenue generation or advancement, demonstrated success growing earned or contributed income, and the relational skill to build trust with donors, audiences, board members, and staff.
Starting salary $100,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits include a pension plan, generous vacation, and some WFH flexibility.
