  • Partner with sales and executive leadership on regional growth plans, major opportunities, and new market development.
  • Oversee compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, customer standards, and company policies.
  • Support urgent assignments, including storm response, when business needs require.
Qualifications
  • Significant leadership experience in field services, utility services, infrastructure support, construction support, or a closely related industry.
  • Proven success leading a large, multi-crew operation and developing managers who can lead day-to-day execution.
  • Experience in traffic control, sewer camera inspection, hydrovac services, or a combination of these areas
. The ability to lead effectively across all three service lines is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a business through customer relationships, operational performance, and team development.
  • Experience with regional planning, budgets, staffing, equipment utilization, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of field safety and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with field teams, customers, and executive leadership.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Northeast as needed.

Traffic control certifications, such as TCT or TCS, and relevant sewer inspection or hydrovac credentials are valued but are not required for every candidate.

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans; the employer pays 75% of medical benefit costs
  • Benefits eligibility for full-time employees in less than 60 days, subject to plan terms
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Employer-paid or reimbursed certifications and continuing training
