General Manufacturing / Production Technician $19.00 Day Shift | $20.75 Night Shift | Paid Training | Built-In Overtime

TOPS Staffing is hiring Production Technicians for a growing medical manufacturing operation in Clinton, PA. No previous manufacturing experience is required. • Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:45 PM Starting Pay: $19.00/hour
• Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:45 AM Starting Pay: $20.75/hour — this rate includes $2.00/hour night shift differential
• Schedule:
  
  2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Work approximately 15 days per month
• Built-in overtime every other week
• Additional overtime may be available
• 12-hour shifts provide longer stretches of time off

You’ll operate and monitor automated equipment used to manufacture medical products. This is a hands‑on production position where attention to detail and following procedures are important.

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment
• Load materials and remove finished products
• Monitor equipment and production processes
• Perform routine quality checks
• Identify and report equipment or production issues
• Record production and quality information
• Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow cleanroom and PPE requirements
• Work with your team to meet production and quality goals

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.

• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required PPE

This is more than an entry‑level production job. Employees who learn the operation and take on additional responsibilities can move into higher-level positions.
