DescriptionOur client is currently seeking a Quality Manager for a full-time position.

Must-Have Qualifications- Leadership experience managing Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and/or Supplier Quality teams
- Strong expertise with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems
- Experience supporting Defense, Aerospace, or Space programs
- Supplier Quality Management, supplier audits, and corrective action programs
- Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, CAR/PAR, FMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Material Review Board (MRB) leadership experience
- Quality auditing (internal, external, customer, and supplier)
- Configuration management, document control, and change management
- Experience interpreting technical drawings, specifications, SOWs, and quality requirements
- Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills
- Semiconductor processing, hybrid electronics, infrared detector assemblies, or other high-reliability electronics
- Knowledge of MIL-STD, MIL-PRF, IPC, and J-STD requirements
- SAP, Deltek Costpoint, ERP/MRP systems, and QMS tools
- Mission Assurance and Space Quality programs
- ESD and FOD prevention programs
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- AS9100 Lead Auditor
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- IPC Certification
A Quality Manager from an aerospace, defense, space, semiconductor, or advanced electronics manufacturer with experience leading teams, managing AS9100-compliant quality systems, conducting audits, overseeing supplier quality, leading MRBs and CAPA programs, and interfacing directly with customers and government agencies. This is not an individual contributor quality role; it requires an established quality leader capable of driving compliance, quality culture, and continuous improvement across the organization.
