candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

1.  
** Law Enforcement

Experience:

*
* 2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in law enforcement is required. This experience should include roles that demonstrate the ability to handle security-related situations effectively and professionally.

3.  
** Security Supervisor/Manager

Experience:

*
* 4. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the security industry. Candidates should have a proven track record of leading teams, managing security operations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

5.  
** General Security

Experience:

*
* 6. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the security field. This experience should encompass various aspects of security operations, including but not limited to access control, surveillance, and emergency response.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities at a residential care location.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.

+ Respond to incidents, resident or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed, and report unauthorized access or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.

+ Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, patrols, and security-related observations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
