candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

** A minimum of  
** 1 year of law enforcement experience** .

** Option B:
** A minimum of  
** 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience** .

** Option C:
** A minimum of  
** 3 years of security experience** .

Candidates must provide verifiable documentation of their experience during the application process. This may include, but is not limited to, letters of recommendation, employment verification letters, or relevant certifications.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, providing directions and assistance as needed.

+ Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when required.

+ Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
