Commercial HVAC Technician

Location: Bethlehem, PA
Pay: $28–$35 per hour
Position Overview
PMV Mechanical is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This position will focus on servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC systems and commercial refrigeration equipment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of commercial HVAC or commercial refrigeration experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the tools and qualifications necessary to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Perform equipment inspections and identify potential mechanical or operational problems.
- Complete repairs and maintenance while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Identify necessary parts, materials, and equipment for service work.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide updates on service needs.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and equipment issues.
- Maintain company and customer equipment in a clean and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial HVAC or commercial refrigeration experience.
- Valid EPA Certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Must have and provide own hand tools.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete service assignments reliably.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $28–$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
