The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing warehouse automation equipment, conveyors, material handling systems, and facility equipment to support safe and efficient operations. This role performs preventive maintenance, responds to equipment issues, and works to minimize downtime while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Maintenance Technician Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 28.00 to $ 34.00 / annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm )

• Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur
• Replace and repair motors, belts, bearings, sensors, and other components
• Complete maintenance records and work orders
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures and safety guidelines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed
