Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Service Manager at Squires Manor in South Park, PA. This full-time on-site role leads the maintenance team and ensures the community is well-maintained while fostering positive resident relations.
You will oversee repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, and other systems, manage on-call rotations, inventory, and schedules. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with on-call duties.
