What You’ll Do

The Home Lending Specialist is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives by making outbound calls in a timely manner to members who make online home equity or mortgage inquiries. The Home Lending Specialist serves a vital role as first point of member and non-member contact through digital leads via the website.

Hours:

M-F, including some Saturdays.

Core Contributions
  • Provide prompt initial response for digital home lending inquiries in accordance with goals with a focus on delivering an exceptional member experience. Utilize Salesforce CRM as primary record of contact.
  • Conduct a consultative review to uncover and analyze member needs and provide an appropriate solution; set member expectations, explaining available programs and processes.
  • Complete required fields in the Loan Operating System aligning to departmental Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up in accordance with standard operating procedure.
  • Maintain an understanding of Four Leaf lending program guidelines, policies and procedures while identifying inter-departmental cross sell opportunities.
  • Responsible for individual KPI’s which contribute to the financial success of the organization.
  • Support related areas of the team as needed. Support departmental initiatives (i.e. ARM modification program).
  • Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy ACT (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) regulatory requirements as it relates to this position.
Assets You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
  • 1+ years in a sales or telesales. Prior lending experience a plus.
  • NMLS License.
  • PC, Windows, Internet proficient and MS Excel, Access, and Word skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must have flexibility with work hours to include Monday-Saturday.

The estimated salary for this role is $25.72 to $30.22 per hour.
