Brief DescriptionThe Role:
Relationship Manager (RM). As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the heart of client relationships, working directly with a Managing Director and Wealth Advisors to support high-net-worth client relationships, ensure an exceptional client experience, and participate in the financial planning and advisory process. You’ll Do
- Serve as liaison between high-net-worth clients and our world‑class advisors, delivering a professional and personalized experience.
- Partner closely with Wealth Advisors and Managing Directors to support ongoing client relationships.
- Assist with meeting preparation, follow‑up, and ongoing client communication.
- Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and suitability documentation.
- Research and help resolve complex client service and operational matters.
- Participate in financial planning support, pipeline tracking, and client review preparation.
- Gain exposure to advisor workflows, planning conversations, and long‑term relationship management.
- Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience.
- Prior client‑facing experience preferred.
- Experience with in wealth management, financial advisory, banking, trust, or related financial services roles.
- Desire to pursue the CFP® designation.
- Already a financial advisor or currently on a path toward an advisory role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
