- Willingness to pursue RBT certification within your first few months of employment (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow clinical guidance.
- A long-term interest in growing within the field of ABA, including pursuing advanced care roles such as Behavior Technician and eventually BCBA.
- Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
- Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
- Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
- Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
- Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
