Entry‑Level ABA Therapist

Location:

Bethpage, NY – flexible community/home‑based settings.

Compensation: $20–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance.

We offer a fully funded 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course, ongoing training, sign‑on bonuses, and referral incentives.

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA services using evidence‑based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill‑building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

• Services provided in clients’ homes or community‑based locations.
• All positions start off part‑time.
• Required to complete the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Commitment to a minimum 6‑month tenure to help our clients thrive.
