Position: Senior SuccessFactors Analyst – Employee Central & Payroll

* This is hybrid and will require going into the office 3 days a week in Bethpage, NY

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Success Factors Analyst to join our HRIS team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Success Factors - Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, which are the core focus of this role. You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of these modules to align with our HR operations and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Success Factors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage regular updates, and ensure system stability and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to understand business needs and provide scalable HRIS solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements within Employee Central Payroll.
  • Support testing, documentation, and training activities related to Success Factors core modules.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Employee Central and Payroll within the broader HRIS roadmap.
Nice to Have (Additional Responsibilities)
  • Support and optimize other Success Factors modules such as Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Success Factors reporting tools.
  • Assist in HRIS projects and third-party system integrations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience with SAP Success Factors, with proven hands-on experience in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of HR data, business processes, and system configuration.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP Success Factors certification(s), especially in Employee Central Payroll.
  • Experience with HRIS integrations and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
