Huis en Haard Beuningen zoekt een woonbegeleider voor 28 uur per week. Je werkt met bewoners met complexe psychiatrische problematiek in een veilige woonomgeving en draagt bij aan herstel, structuur en nabijheid.
Je ziet toe op signalen, rapporteert en werkt samen met het team aan een stabiele leefomgeving op een prachtige locatie in Beuningen. De positie biedt Cao Sociaal Werk schaal 6, een contract tot 30 juni 2027, reiskostenregeling en diverse verlof- en pensioenvoorzieningen.
