• Take full responsibility for leading and managing external audit assignments from the initial planning stage right through to completion.
• Prepare management letters and directly communicate key audit findings, risks, and strategic recommendations to partners and clients.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of junior team members, providing essential on-the-job training and mentorship.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the audit lifecycle, resolving complex technical queries and strengthening long‑term relationships.

• Be ACA or ACCA qualified, or a finalist with substantial, proven external audit experience gained within a UK accountancy practice.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
• Demonstrate prior experience supervising, mentoring, or reviewing the work of junior staff on audit engagements.
• Be proficient in using modern audit software platforms (such as CCH, Case Ware, or Inflo)
