We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and personable
Patient Care Coordinator& Reception Administrator to join ourteam in Beverley. This is muchmore than areception role—you'llbe at theheart of the patient journey, ensuringevery patient receivesfirst-class servicefrom their initialenquiry through totheir appointment andfollow-up care.

About the RoleAs the firstpoint of contactforour patients, you'llplay a vitalrole in creatinga positive firstimpression of Envision Clinics. You'llmanage appointments, coordinate patient journeys, support our clinicians andhelp ensure thesmooth day-to-day running ofthe clinic.
Working closely with our clinical team, you'll providea friendly, efficient and professional service while maintaining the highest standards oforganisation,confidentiality and patient care.
- Welcome patients and visitors with awarm, friendly and professional approach.
- Answer telephone calls, emails and onlineenquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinateappointments across Ophthalmologyand Aesthetics clinics.
- Manage clinician diariesand help optimiseclinic schedules.
- Guide patients through their journey from initial enquiry to treatment and follow-up.
- Track new patientenquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records where required.
- Maintain accurate patient records in linewith confidentiality anddata protection requirements.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support toconsultants and clinicians.
- Liaise with patientsregarding appointments,procedures, investigations and aftercare.
- Coordinate communication between patients, clinicians and the widerteam.
- Assist with general office administration andensure reception areasremainwelcoming and organised.
- Contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation ofthe clinic while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, customerserviceor patient-facing role.
- Is friendly, professional and confident communicating with a widerange of people.
- Has excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Can prioritise multiple tasks and remain calm in abusy environment.
- Is confident using
Microsoft Office and learning new software systems. - Is proactive,reliable and ableto work independentlyas well aspart of ateam.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is passionate about delivering outstandingcustomerservice.
- Previous experience inprivate healthcare, medical practice, ophthalmology, optometry, dentistry oraesthetics.
- Medical secretary or healthcare administrationexperience.
- Experience using appointmentbooking systems orpatient management software.
- £13.00 per hour(£27,040 per yearbased on a40-hour week).
