Are you a Graduate in Quantity Surveyor or similar looking for a varied role offering full training and the chance to work on specialist Modular Building projects within a leading company who offer a platform to continually progress your career across a range of roles?

This company are a leading provider of Modular buildings for temporary and permanent use with a presence across the UK. They have seen major growth since their establishment whilst building a loyal client base across numerous industries including education, government and infrastructure and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to grow their friendly team.

In this varied role you will receive full training and then work on projects from inception through to completion, reviewing and updating contractor proposals, raising purchase orders and helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, other departments and key stakeholders as you work primarily in office with some hybrid work and site visitation.

This dynamic role would suit a Graduate in Quantity Surveyor or similar looking to join a leading company who offer full training and the chance for ongoing progression in the business.

The Role:

Full training provided
Work on Modular Building projects
Carry out primarily surveying work with some PM responsibilities
Preparing Quotations and negotiate tenders
Liaise with other departments, clients and stakeholders
37hour week, 1 day WFH, early finish on a Friday

The Person :

Graduate in Quantity Surveyor or similar
Looking to work on Construction / Modular Building projects
