Overview
Beverley Tourist Information Centre (Visit Hull and East Yorkshire) is looking for a dedicated, customer-focused TIC Advisor.
Key responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with visitors.
- Share knowledge of Hull and East Yorkshire tourism and geography.
- Problem solve and work independently in lone working scenarios.
- Use ICT systems and quickly learn new software.
- Support the wider Visit Hull team and be flexible to work at different sites and cover colleagues on weekends, bank holidays and absence.
- Proven customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of local tourism and geography.
- Excellent ICT skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
