The Opportunity:- Leading employee relations, providing expert advice and ensuring HR best practice.
- Coaching managers, supporting organisational change and strengthening leadership capability.
- Driving recruitment, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement.
- Developing learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Improving HR policies, processes and people strategies to support business objectives.
Your contribution will help shape a positive, high‑performing culture and support the organisation's continued success.
About You:- CIPD Level 5 or an equivalent HR qualification.
- Strong generalist HR experience and knowledge of UK employment law.
- Confidence managing complex employee relations and organisational change.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and developing people initiatives.
- An approachable, commercially aware and proactive working style.
Experience with SAP S/4
HANA or Workday would be beneficial but isn't essential.
