Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ICT Officer to join our ICT Infrastructure and Customer Support Team at County Hall, Beverley. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Council's Server, Storage, and M365 infrastructure. This role includes ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and planning to continually enhance the Council's server infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Support the Council's Server, Storage, and M365 infrastructure.
Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and planning to continually enhance server infrastructure.
Work as part of the ICT Infrastructure and Customer Support Team at County Hall, Beverley.

Requirements

Enterprise-level experience with ICT servers and storage systems; on-the-job training provided.
Thorough knowledge and hands-on expertise in supporting servers, desktops, and applications.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems, storage technologies, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Citrix, Power Shell, and Mobile Device Management.
