Head chef required for a busy modern restaurant offering high quality fresh food situated in East Yorkshire. This restaurant has a good name for itself locally and is always busy, which is great in the current market. This kitchen serves European food including pizza, pasta, fish dishes and other dishes. head chef £42k + tips.

The role:

As a head chef you will manage a team of 6 chefs, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen. You will be responsible for :
Menu planning, Stock control, Hygiene and cleanliness, Costings, Ordering, Rotas, Recruitment and Training junior chefs. This head chef role is a hands on head chef role and it is a busy venue. This role will include all the standard head chef duties.

Experience
We are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background within a restaurant that cooks European food including pasta dishes and pizzas. You will be organised, able to manage a team of 6 chefs and fresh food background.
