Discretionary Assistant - Level 2

The job itself

Do you have experience in data entry? You could have the skills we need. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work on a full-time basis to start as soon as possible, to join our discretionary team.

In this role you will be working in a small friendly team, and will be responsible for processing applications, verifying details, contacting customers and making payments.

We require a candidate who is educated to GCSE, with good grades in Maths & English (or equivalent) and has an excellent standard of literacy, spelling, grammar, and numeracy. You will need strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

You will be an experienced computer user and ideally will have experience of working in a customer contact environment.
