In our high street shops, Ecommerce Hubs and online shop, we sell pre‑loved items and unique finds to raise essential funds for Oxfam. As a till volunteer you will be the friendly face of the shop, handling customer transactions with a smile and helping to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

What you will be doing- Chatting with customers and giving great service at the till.
- Selecting, sorting, and pricing donated stock.
- Creating eye‑catching window and in‑store visual merchandising displays.
- Accepting donations from members of the public, speaking to donors and asking them a few questions.
- Labeling donations in accordance with internal procedures to maximise income.
- Occasionally lifting boxes while prioritising a safe working environment; comprehensive health and safety training is provided.
- Other shop‑related tasks agreed with the manager.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Teamplay and effective collaboration.
- Good communication skills with customers and colleagues.
