We're looking for an ambitious Store Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new fashion store in Beverley
.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a store from day one. You'll be involved in building your team, setting the standards and creating the culture, while having real responsibility for driving sales and performance.
If you're currently a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager ready for your next step, this could be a great opportunity.

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the new store and be responsible for:
- Leading the store opening and getting everything ready for launch
- Recruiting, training and developing your team
- Creating a positive and high-performing store culture
- Driving sales and delivering against KPIs
- Delivering an excellent customer experience
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store standards
- Managing stock, deliveries and day-to-day operations
- Using commercial information to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Leading from the front and being visible on the shop floor
We're looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on sales and KPIs
- A confident people leader who enjoys developing a team
- Customer focused and passionate about delivering great service
- Energetic, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, proactive and able to take ownership
- Excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up
Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, footwear or other customer-focused retail environments would be ideal.
