The OpportunityAs a Sales Executive / Administrator you’ll play a key role in:
- Managing inbound and outbound sales communications to generate and convert leads
- Building rapport with customers and supporting them throughout their buying journey
- Following up on quotes and leads to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Processing orders, invoices, and maintaining accurate customer records via CRM systems
- Collaborating across teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries and service
Your work will directly contribute to driving sales growth and delivering a first-class customer experience.
About YouWe’re looking for someone who can bring:
- Previous experience in sales, sales administration, or customer service (2+ years)
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in both phone and written formats
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Teams, and CRM tools
- A positive attitude, a strong team spirit, and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in interiors, design, or a creative product-focused sector (desirable)
- Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 DOE
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
