- Undertake comprehensive risk assessments and develop robust safety plans.
- Manage a caseload of high-risk domestic abuse victims.
- Provide crisis intervention, practical support and emotional support.
- Represent victims at Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) and other safeguarding meetings.
- Advocate on behalf of victims with police, housing, children's services, health services, courts and other partner agencies.
- Support victims through the criminal and civil justice process where appropriate.
- Ensure safeguarding concerns relating to adults and children are identified and acted upon.
- Maintain accurate, confidential and timely case records.
- Contribute to service monitoring, performance reporting and continuous improvement
