Job Description

LA/NY Entertainment Top Tier Public Relations Firm seeks an executive assistant for their Beverly Hills office to work for a partner. Must be able to multitask and manage time efficiently, working alongside agency teams. Ideal candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to keep up with a fast-paced industry, remain composed under pressure, and maintain confidentiality. Candidates should be resourceful, innovative, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of publicity/communications-related entertainment experience in an agency, studio, network, brand, or similar organization.
  • A strong interest in the entertainment industry and publicity business.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated, resourceful, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects.
  • Daily tasks include managing email correspondence, servicing press breaks, drafting memos, coordinating travel and appearances, and creating schedules for press commitments for high-profile clients.
  • Passion for entertainment, strong communication and writing skills, resourcefulness, adaptability, and teamwork.
