Job Description & How to Apply Below

Inspirit Equity is a forward‑thinking private equity firm blending proven principles, innovation, and personal operational support. The firm focuses on leveraging a combination of traditional investment strategies and modern techniques to drive growth and deliver value. Inspirit Equity is committed to offering tailored assistance to ensure the success of their portfolio companies.

Role Description

The Junior Chief of Staff will serve as a versatile partner to the founder, combining deep strategic research with hands‑on operational execution. The role drives idea generation, structured analysis, and the execution of priority initiatives, while also supporting a broad range of day‑to‑day and ad‑hoc tasks that enable the founder to operate effectively. You will work across market research, strategic planning, operational execution, and flexible problem‑solving.

This role is ideal for an intellectually exceptional generalist who can shift seamlessly between analytical work, strategic projects, and practical daily support within a private‑equity environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct rigorous market, thematic, and company‑level research to support idea generation and strategic exploration.
  • Produce high‑quality research briefs, insight memos, and structured analytical summaries.
  • Partner with the founder to develop, refine, and operationalize emerging concepts and strategic priorities.
  • Support day‑to‑day activities including planning, preparation, follow‑through, and operational needs.
  • Execute ad‑hoc assignments, ranging from analytical deep dives to practical, time‑sensitive tasks.
  • Participate in key discussions, capturing essential takeaways and ensuring disciplined execution of next steps.
  • Build and refine internal processes, systems, and frameworks as the firm grows.
  • Serve as a flexible problem‑solver capable of handling both high‑level strategic work and detailed operational responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with exceptional academic performance and strong analytical foundations.
  • 0–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a research‑intensive analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with disciplined follow‑through and strong attention to detail.
  • Professional presence, maturity, and the ability to operate in a confidential, founder‑proximate role.
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness—comfortable shifting between strategic analysis, operational execution, and ad‑hoc responsibilities.
  • A self‑starter with strong ownership, proactive judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.
