Valet Attendant​/AKA Beverly Hills

Job Purpose:

- As a Full-Time Valet Attendant at SELIG PARKING, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing the parking needs of our guests.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all visitors, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

- Safely park and retrieve vehicles, maintaining a high standard of care and attention to detail.

- Assist guests with luggage and other requests, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

- Maintain an organized and efficient valet area, ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and minimizing wait times.

- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate parking logistics and address any issues promptly.

- Uphold SELIG PARKING's standards for safety and security, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

- Provide information and directions to guests as needed, showcasing knowledge of the local area and amenities.

- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions and valet tickets, ensuring accountability and transparency.

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence.

Required

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality or parking industry.

- Experience in valet parking or a related field is highly desirable.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles safely.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
