The PT Valet Attendant at SELIG PARKING is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing the parking needs of our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests, enhancing the overall reputation of SELIG PARKING.

• Greet guests courteously and professionally upon arrival.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
• Maintain a neat and organized parking area.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information as needed.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle locations and keys.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Uphold the standards and values of SELIG PARKING in all interactions.

Required

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Experience in a valet or parking attendant position is an advantage.
